79th Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Election
All members are invited to attend the Credit
Union's 79th Annual Meeting.

Nomination by Petition
The Credit Union bylaws allow nominations
for positions on the 2007 election ballot to be
made by petition. You will need to complete
the following steps by Feb. 5 to
become a candidate.
- Submit a petition signed by 1% of the Credit
Union's membership (250 members)
- Submit a brief statement of qualifications
and biographical information
- Submit a signed certificate stating that you
are agreeable to the nomination and will
serve if elected to office
Announcing Election Results
Election results will be announced at the
Credit Union's 79th Annual Meeting on
April 3, 2007. An official election will not
be conducted by ballot in 2007 as long as
there remains only one nominee for each
position to be filled and no additional
candidate is nominated by petition.
Board of Directors Candidate Information
The following two candidates have applied
for the two open positions on the Credit
Union's Board of Directors. Each position is
a three-year term.
Larry Lemanski (Incumbent)
Larry, who has 20 years of business experience,
mainly in engineering and operations,
has been on the Board of Directors for the
past 12 years. He is presently employed
with Qwest Communications. As a former
Honeywell employee, Larry believes that
the Credit Union is a great benefit for
Honeywell employees. He is committed
to the organization, its continued growth
and its success.
Lawrence Monicatti (Incumbent)
Lawrence has served on the Board of
Directors for the past 14 years, currently
serving as Vice Chairperson. He brings
many years of professional experience
in areas such as Management, Resource
Planning, Facility Planning, Strategic Planning
and Contract Negotiating. Lawrence is
committed to contributing to the success
of the organization.
