Chaco Annual Meeting
Members are invited to Chaco's downtown Hamilton office for our 69th Annual Meeting, on Sunday, March 30, 2008.
Reception (1 p.m.): Come early to meet with the staff, volunteers and directors that operate your credit union. This is a great opportunity to share ideas and learn more about credit union operations. Refreshments will be served during the reception.
Business Meeting (1:30 p.m.): Attend the business meeting and learn more about the successes and challenges of your credit union. Election results will be announced during the business meeting. Door prize drawings
will follow.
During Chaco's Annual Meeting, six lucky members will be awarded the Judy Boling Memorial Scholarship. The JBM Scholarship is a $500 scholarship that is deposited into a 12-month Share Certificate, and will roll over until the member attends college, at which time the proceeds will be made payable to the college or higher learning institution of his or her choice. Every member between the ages of 0-21 will be eligible to win, provided they have an account in their name and that account is in good standing. So, come and see if your child is one of the lucky recipients.
