Chaco is always looking for talented members to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board values different backgrounds and perspectives to represent the members. Any member in good standing is eligible to run for a three-year term on the Board of Directors.

What Do Board Members Do?
As representatives of the membership of Chaco Credit Union, Board Members review the financial condition of the Credit Union, make decisions on the direction of the Credit Union and set the vision for the future of the Credit Union. Board Members must be able to attend a monthly Board meeting and also serve on committees. Generally, Board Members will need to dedicate about six hours a month to Credit Union business.

How Do I get Elected?
If you are interested in running for a seat on the Board of Directors, please fill out and return this application. Applications may be returned by mail or fax. Completed applications must be received by Chaco Credit Union on or before Nov. 28, 2008. Elections for the Board are held each [March].
