New Login Security Coming Soon!
Your online security is a top priority at
The Coca-Cola Company Family Federal
Credit Union. We are upgrading your
online banking experience to help guard
against fraudulent online activities such
as phishing scams and identity theft.
In compliance with new FFIEC guidelines,
The Coca-Cola Company Family Federal
Credit Union will soon be implementing
a new Multi-Factor Authentication system
for online account access. Members
will be able to enroll each computer
regularly used to access their accounts
online by using a one-time registration
process. When The Coca-Cola Company
Family Federal Credit Union activates this
service in January 2007, registration will
be free and easy for all E-Branch users.
You will enroll by choosing a secret
image and phrase combination. Each
time you log in you will see the phrase
and image. Once you set it up you're
ready to go. This security technology
protects your account from unauthorized
access. It identifies you as the
owner of your accounts. If the PC is not
recognized, we'll ask you to answer a
few challenge questions which you
selected during set up. When answered
correctly, access is granted to your
accounts. This is an additional line of
defense against unauthorized access.
