DCU Auto Loan Check
Once you're approved, you can get a DCU Auto Loan Check to purchase a car at any licensed dealer.* A DCU Auto Loan Check is a check made out to you that's good for up to your approved loan amount. You can use your check to purchase a new or used auto, truck, van, or motorcycle just as if you were paying with cash in hand! Just follow the instructions included with the check. Once the check clears, we'll establish your loan according to the amount specified on your check.

Already Have an Auto Loan Somewhere Else?
With DCU's Second Chance Auto Loan program, you can keep your car and trade your loan! If you have an auto loan with another financial institution, particularly a used car loan, you may save money by refinancing with DCU.

If you'd like to pay less interest, lower your monthly car payments, or both, we'd like to help. Call us or stop by one of our branches. We'll estimate your savings while you wait.** If we can't save you money, we'll tell you!

  *  The Auto Loan Check cannot be used for a private sale.
**  Please have the following information when you call or visit: your loan balance, payment, interest rate, and number of payments left. If you refinance, we will also need the name of your lender and your account number. Actual savings will depend on your personal credit history.
