DCU to Upgrade Data Processing Systems Oct. 1
Technology is the engine that powers all services at DCU – online,
in branches, and by phone. At the core is the software that
processes all your transactions, keeps your records, credits your
dividends, generates your statements, helps us answer your questions,
and so much more. On Oct. 1, we will change to new, state-of-the-art
software designed especially for credit unions like DCU.
Why Is DCU Upgrading Its Systems?
After more than 20 years of service, even with scores of enhancements
and improvements, our current software will soon no longer be
able to grow with us. We want to bring you our innovative services
more efficiently, so we chose a new, flexible system written to
modern standards.
We Pledge to Minimize the Impact and Keep You Informed
The entire DCU team has been working diligently for months on
system design, training, testing, and quality control. We'll continue
to do so up to and after our conversion date to ensure a smooth
transition for everyone.
Regular updates on our web site (under "System Upgrade News")
will show you the progress we are making, answer common
questions, and announce our schedule on conversion weekend.
We appreciate your patience and support and ask that you also
watch your email, newsletters, and mailbox for more information
as Oct. 1 approaches.
