Financial Tools for a Carefree Summer

Want the livin' to be easy this summer? Thanks to DCU's convenient online services, you can manage many financial tasks quickly and easily from your home computer so there's more time for summertime fun. Read on to learn how the following services can help save you time and money.

PC Branch
When you log in to PC Branch from the dcu.org home page, you have access to many credit union functions from the comfort of your home. Start by viewing balances of your DCU checking, savings, and loan accounts. From there, you can do a lot more, including:

View transaction history on all your DCU accounts.
Make transfers between accounts.
Make loan payments.
View front and back images of cleared checks.
View and print images of your account statements.
Reorder checks.
Update your user-defined options, such as your PC Branch password and email address.
Set up notifications, such as when a DCU Certificate is about to mature.

A DCU Member Services Representative can also walk you through PC Branch steps at any branch or when you call our Information Center at the numbers listed in the Contact Us box below.

PC Deposit
When you're out and about having fun, you don't want to run the risk of forgetting to deposit a check at a branch or losing it in the mail. There's no need to visit a branch when you use PC Deposit to deposit checks from home. If you have a computer, scanner, and internet access, you have the resources you need to use PC Deposit. Here's how:

Register for PC Deposit though PC Branch at dcu.org. Read and agree to the DCU PC Deposit Disclosure and Agreement, and you should be approved to use PC Deposit in one business day.
Once you are approved to use PC Deposit, just log on to PC Branch, select PC Deposit, and choose the account where you want the funds deposited. Follow the prompts and scan the front and back of the endorsed check. DCU will send a confirmation email to you when the check is received, and the image of your deposit check will be available in your PC Deposit account history for 18 months.

Funds are credited to your account the same business day if deposited before 3 p.m. ET, or the next business day if deposited after 3 p.m. If you have questions, the Online Help feature offers tips to guide you through the page you're using, and our E-Branch support team responds to emails within 24 hours. You can also view video tutorials at dcu.org. You may also contact DCU's Information Center at the numbers listed in the Contact Us box.

DCU's FREE FICO^® Credit Score Service
Keep tabs on your credit score during the summer – and all year long – by signing up to receive your FREE credit score in PC Branch. You can monitor your credit score, receive two reasons why your score is not higher, and learn how to take positive steps to help you improve your score. After you sign up for this service, DCU will provide your Credit Score page on a monthly basis through the PC Branch Message Center.

To sign up, log in to PC Branch, check your Message Center message, agree to the Terms and Conditions of the program, and select the Show Me My Credit Score button.
