Summertime … and the living is easy, thanks to convenient services that help you save time and money. You may have vacation plans to travel out of state or simply want to spend more time with loved ones at your home sweet home. No matter where you'll be this summer, DCU is as close as a computer with internet access.
We're Online When You're On-the-Go
These convenient DCU services can help make your life easier and more enjoyable:
PC Branch. Need to check the balance on your checking account or make a transfer between your checking and savings accounts? Simply log in to PC Branch at dcu.org and you can do this in seconds. You can also view deposit and withdrawal history, see checks that have cleared, and make loan payments. While you're there, you can also update user options, such as a new email address.
eStatements. Another benefit of using PC Branch is the ability to view your DCU statements online instead of waiting for them to arrive by mail. eStatements are secure, save trees, and are printable, if needed. You'll receive an email when a new eStatement is ready, and up to one year of eStatements are
saved for your records.
PC Deposit. Ever wish you could deposit a check from home instead of having to drive to a branch, ATM, or post office? You can! Many members have used PC Deposit to deposit checks from their homes or offices. You'll need a PC or Mac, a scanner, and internet access. You can register for PC Deposit through PC Branch. Pre-Authorized Payments. Also known as ACH Debit, this FREE service allows you to have recurring payments such as electric, phone, and cable services electronically deducted from your DCU Checking or Savings Account. Contact billers directly to see if this service is available and set up automatic payments. There will be no need to send payment early – simply deduct the amount on your checking register (the amount will also appear on your statement and PC Branch). You can also set up Pre-Authorized Visa® Payments. Learn more at dcu.org.
