Wireless PC Branch Goes Where You Go!

Ever since mobile phones became popular, the days of sitting at home or your desk to wait for a phone call are over. Now that many mobile phones offer web services, there’s no need to only check your DCU accounts on your home or work computer. Wireless PC Branch from DCU gives you the freedom to manage your DCU accounts from your web-enabled mobile phone!

To use Wireless PC Branch, you need:
  • A wireless device, such as a web-enabled mobile phone or personal digital assistant (PDA). Wireless PC Branch is iPhone-compatible.
  • Wireless internet connection from your wireless provider.
  • Your DCU member number and password.

At Your Service
Wireless PC Branch works a lot like PC Branch, DCU’s online banking service. First of all, it’s FREE! You have access to your primary and joint DCU accounts, and can do the following:
  • See your account summary. Shows your balance information in one step.
  • View account detail. Includes balance, dividend/interest information, and payments on individual accounts. Account history is included with Account Details on PDAs, but it’s a separate choice on mobile phones.
  • Make account transfers. Includes savings and checking account transfers, loan payments, and check withdrawals.
  • Bill Payer. Schedule payments to vendors you previously set up in PC Branch. Cancel pending payments you scheduled on PC Branch or on Wireless PC Branch.

Security a Top Priority

DCU prides itself on keeping your financial information safe and secure, so Wireless PC Branch has state-of-the-art security for your protection. Your secure login is invalid after three unsuccessful attempts. Passwords are never shared or visible to outside parties. Built-in Session Time-Out will kick in after five minutes of user inactivity to safeguard your information. And Wireless PC Branch uses Wireless Transport Layer Security encryption, which provides the highest level of security available today.
