PC Deposit Brings DCU to Your Home

The holiday season is in full swing, and you may not have a minute to spare – especially when you need to deposit a check.
Thanks to DCU's PC Deposit
service, you don't have to drive
to a branch, use a CU Service
Center, or wait for the mail
to deposit a check. You can
deposit it from the comfort of
your home computer! And if your office feels like
home some days, you can deposit checks from
work. PC Deposit is FREE to DCU members and
available 24 hours a day.
Get Started
If you have a PC, Mac, or laptop; a scanner; and
internet access, you have the tools you need to use
PC Deposit. Register for PC Deposit by logging on
to PC Branch at dcu.org. Click on "PC Deposit"
in the green navigation bar, then select "Register."
Read and agree to the DCU PC Deposit Disclosure
and Agreement, and you should be approved to
use PC Deposit in one business day.
Scan and Send
Once you are approved to use PC Deposit,
it's simple to deposit checks. Just log on to
PC Branch, select "PC Deposit," and choose the
account where you want the funds deposited. Next,
follow the prompts and scan the front and back of
the endorsed check.
Register for PC Deposit by logging
on to PC Branch at dcu.org.
Once your scanned check is received, we'll
send you a confirmation email. You must write
"PROCESSED" on the check and store it in a safe
place. The image of your deposited check will be
available in your PC Deposit account history for
18 months.
Quick Response
PC Deposit works quickly – funds are credited to
your account the same business day if submitted
before 5 p.m. ET.
If you have questions, PC Deposit comes with
plenty of support. The Online Help feature offers
tips to guide you through the page you're using,
and our E-Branch support team responds to emails
within 24 hours. You can also view video tutorials
at dcu.org. In addition, the Information Center
is available to answer questions at the numbers
listed in the Contact Us box below.
