- Eat at least one fruit and one vegetable each day.

What Are Your Goals?
Do you dream of traveling overseas
or getting a great score on a college
entrance exam? Good news: Anything
is possible!
The start of a new year is a great time
to think about short- and long-term
goals. Take time to plan what you want
to accomplish this year – and how you
will do it. Follow these tips for setting
smart goals:
Write a list. You're more likely to hold
yourself accountable if you write down
your goals and review them from time
to time.
Make your goals measurable. Phrase
your goals in a way that makes it easy
to determine when you've achieved
them. For instance, instead of making
a goal to read more, decide to read for
30 or 60 minutes each day.
Create a plan. Some long-term goals,
such as getting into grad school or
improving your health, can't be accomplished overnight. Think of small steps you can take to lead you in the right direction, such as studying more or taking up running in your free time.
Start Saving
