 Cell Phone Collection
In partnership with the
National Sheriffs' Association,
the National Association of
Triads and the 911 Cell Phone
Bank, Justice FCU collected 360
unused cell phones. We started the
collection in all of our branches on International Credit
Union Day on October 19, 2006. Donated cell phones will be used to
provide emergency communications for seniors and victims of abuse.
Thank you to everyone who donated their old phones. We look forward to
collecting phones in the future for this great cause.
Supporting NCMEC
For the second year in a row, Justice FCU
supported the National Center for Missing and
Exploited Children by donating $5 for each loan
payment that was skipped during our holiday
"Skip Your Regular Loan Payment" promotion.
We'd like to thank all of our members who
participated in this promotion. We are able to donate a total of
$10,125 to the NCMEC.
NCMEC was established in 1984 as a private, nonprofit organization
to provide services nationwide for families and professionals in the
prevention of abducted, endangered, and sexually exploited children.
Justice FCU proudly supports this charity and will continue to do so in
the future.
