St. Mary's Bank Remains True to Its Heritage
One hundred years after opening its doors for business,
St. Mary's continues to support the communities it serves
and offer affordable financial products and services for all
members. We are committed to the credit union philosophy
of "people helping people." We dedicate resources to
the communities we serve and provide opportunities for
individuals and families, especially those of modest means,
so that all may improve the quality of their lives.
In the past several months St. Mary's introduced
several new products and services to assist current and
new members:
Home Loan Payment Relief (HLPR): HLPR is a new
mortgage program that assists low- to moderate-income
members with homeownership. The HLPR mortgage
program makes it easier for first-time homebuyers to buy
and stay in their homes by reducing the monthly payments
and the down payment requirement.
MyPay: MyPay is a short-term loan that provides
borrowers with immediate access to cash with a reasonable
interest rate. The low rate and flexible terms of MyPay
are intended to help you cover unexpected expenses
between paychecks.
Check Cashing for Non-Members: We provide
check-cashing services to individuals who may not have a
relationship with our financial institution. Checks accepted
include government-issued checks, as well as payroll checks
of well-established companies. There is a small fee for this
service and proper identification and other information
may be required.
St. Mary's Bank Medallion Fund: St. Mary's Bank
established a Medallion Fund Scholarship Program to
provide assistance to members pursuing a vocational
or technical career. Funded by St. Mary's
Bank, the program is administered by the
New Hampshire Charitable Foundation
(NHCF). Awards may be applied
toward tuition costs and related
educational expenses. Applications
can be found at any St. Mary's
Bank location or visit us online
at www.stmarysbank.com.
