Until recently, Ron Losasso's nearest Wings Financial branch was 2,000 miles away. An A320 Captain for JetBlue Airways, Losasso lives a mobile lifestyle that's all too familiar to Wings members. He lives in Florida, is based at JFK and frequently visits family in the Twin Cities. Before Wings' Orlando and JFK branches opened last year, Losasso managed his accounts almost exclusively via phone and CU Online.

"It's a pleasure doing business with Wings. When it comes to consistency of service, no one else even comes close," says Losasso. "They make you feel like you're the most important person, and there's all the time in the world."

Losasso has remained with Wings throughout his 30-year career, first as a mechanic with Northwest, through flight training, as a pilot for Mesaba Airlines, as a flight instructor and now as a JetBlue Captain. "I won't ever leave Wings Financial," Losasso says. "Nobody can beat their combination of integrity, customer service and financial products. Wings is still my No. 1 choice."
