Mobile Banking at DCU

Mobile Banking gives you easy access to many Online Banking functions from virtually any mobile phone or internet-connected tablet computer through your web browser or our mobile apps. To use Mobile Banking, all you need is a wireless device with a data plan or access to WiFi, your DCU member number, and your Online Banking password.

Easy access to your primary and joint accounts

  • View and access your primary accounts – The accounts under your personal membership.
  • View and access your joint accounts – Account of another member on which you are a joint owner.
  • Cross Account Transfers – Allows you to move funds from your accounts into those of other members on which you are not a joint owner.*

Wide variety of account information and transactions

  • Account Summary – Balance information on all your accounts in one step
  • Account Detail – Includes balance, dividend/interest, and payment information on individual accounts.
  • Account History – See past account activity and view front and back of cleared checks
  • Account Transfers – Make real-time checking and savings transfers, loan payments, and line of credit advances.
  • Online Deposit – Deposit checks using your iPad, iPhone, Android phone, or Android Tablet (see below)
  • Mobile Bill Payer – Pay bills on the go for billers you set up through Online Banking
  • ATM/Branch Locator – Locate the closest DCU branch or ATM. Visit mobile.dcu.org through your phone's browser or download the DCU Mobile Banking app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

Take DCU's Online Banking anywhere your iPhone, iPad, or Android phone can go with one of our mobile apps. We're always working to make sure our apps have the latest in mobile banking technology and give you the access to your accounts that you need while you're on the go.

Security
For your protection, we've ensured our Mobile Banking options provide security for your DCU accounts and your personal information.

  • Secure login – using the same secure login information that is used to log into Online Banking.
  • Member number and password privacy – When logging in, passwords are never stored at any stage. For user authentication and reporting purposes, member numbers are stored but never shared or visible to outside parties.
  • Data encryption – Mobile Banking is encrypted using the Wireless Transport Layer Security (WTLS) protocol, which provides the highest level of security.
  • Session timeout – A session timeout after 5 minutes of inactivity is built in. This prevents someone from picking up your phone and accessing accounts.
To set up Cross Account Transfers, fill out a request form in Account Manager within Online Banking and these accounts will be added to your transfer list. Each time you complete a transfer, your DCU member number will be reflected on the recipient account statement for identification purposes.
