We’ll Navigate This Together.

Here for Our Members:

We don’t know what the future holds as the COVID-19 crisis continues, but there’s one thing for certain — you can rely on Navigator Credit Union to be here, ready to serve all your financial needs. We hope it’s reassuring to know Navigator is well capitalized and remains financially strong. And as always, your funds on deposit here are federally insured and backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government.

  • COVID Information
To keep our Members up-to-date on Navigator’s response to this unprecedented situation, we’ve created a central location for all the latest information. Be sure to check our COVID-19 site regularly for the most current news bulletins. You can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

  • Expanded Drive-Through Services
Navigator’s 13 full-service Branches are offering expanded drive-through services during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., for Branches with Saturday hours. At this time lobbies are closed, and Members who need personal assistance or access to in-Branch services are asked to call our Member Contact Center at 800-344-3281 to schedule an appointment at any Mississippi or Alabama Branch. Callers can expect longer than usual wait times due to the high call volumes. We regret any inconvenience as we take all necessary precautions to protect your health and the health of others.

  • Bank Remotely and Securely – No Branch Required
Navigator Members have many options for banking remotely, conveniently and safely, and we've gathered together all the information in one convenient place. Find out how you can access all the services you need without leaving the safety of your own home on our Community Strong page.

There you’ll find details and quick links to our N'Touch services (mobile app, online banking and audio) which give Members 24/7 access to account information with no waiting and zero exposure. Learn more about banking from any phone, as well as using your smart phone, computer or tablet to take advantage of comprehensive e-services, including our mobile app and online banking and bill pay. You can even make online payments for any Navigator loan using your debit or credit card by visiting the Web Payment Center.

And Ready to Help.

  • Financial Hardship
We know it’s a difficult time. You’re not alone. If you’re experiencing financial hardship as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, please call our Member Contact Center at 800-344-3281 for assistance. Requests for financial relief will be handled confidentially and on a case-by-case basis.

  • COVID-19 Relief Loan
One way we’re helping Members whose finances have been affected by COVID-19 is with a special emergency relief loan. COVID Relief Loans are available in amounts up to $1,500 with terms up to 15 months, based on lending criteria. There is no income or employment requirement and a simple online application with priority processing. The deadline to apply has been extended through August 31, 2020.

Committed to the Communities We Serve.

  • Community Strong
Count on Navigator not only to provide banking services to help you manage your finances during this difficult time, but also to provide support for our neighbors experiencing financial hardship. Our #CommunityStrong initiative is our way of demonstrating Navigator stands with our communities during this unprecedented crisis.

During this difficult time, we're partnering with Feeding the Gulf Coast to help meet the urgent need for food assistance. Feeding the Gulf Coast is a food bank which supports local food pantries all along the Alabama and Mississippi Gulf Coasts. Navigator’s donation provided 10,000 meals to our friends and neighbors, and we encourage you to join us in helping meet the needs of children, families, and seniors at risk of going hungry during this time of increased uncertainty.

Through #CommunityStrong, we reached out to support 36 area restaurants by ordering delivery and carryout meals, providing much needed income while also feeding Navigator Team Members on the financial front lines. And for those on the medical front lines of the pandemic, we saluted local healthcare workers for their lifesaving contributions.

As a not-for-profit financial institution that's served the Gulf Coast since 1939, we've been here through good times and bad. And we're as committed as ever to providing the strength, stability and resources our Members need — no matter what happens on life's journey.
